Competitive Gymnastics

Our team program is for the motivated athlete who wishes to take their gymnastics to the next level through competitive events, more rigorous practices, and a commitment to individual and team goals.

We have two different USA Gymnastics team programs at North Shore: our Flairs program consists of athletes competing at Junior Olympic Levels 3-10, and our All Stars program consists of our Xcel athletes and Junior Olympic Levels 1 and 2.
